Theory

Three-dimensional microwave circuit elements were studied with the help of integral equation method. On the base of the results a qualitative approach to electromagnetic field theory was suggested. The theory allows analytically to connect topological characteristics of fields with boundary conditions. Unlinear and discrete behavior of topological field charts was shown in dependence on changing boundary conditions. It allowed to propose writing digital information into topological charts of electromagnetic fields and subpicosecond processing the pulse signals by passive circuits.
